How the Day Works
You set the date. I handle the rest.
Before the day. You get a short prep guide to forward to your team. It covers what to wear and what to expect, so nobody walks in guessing.
Session Day. I set up in a conference room, empty office or quiet corner. I direct every pose and expression and watch the details, like collars, posture, and stray hair.
After. Images are retouched and delivered within 5 business days.
The Workday Keeps Going
Everything is set up and ready before the first person arrives.
People step away, get their headshot, and go back to their work.
You’ll have a timeline in advance, to keep things running smoothly.
You don’t need to worry about coordinating schedules.
I set up a private booking link for your company.
Your team member picks a time at my New Braunfels studio for their individual session.
Same backdrop and lighting as the rest of your team, so new hires all match without another coordinated office visit.
Smaller teams and new hires
A group photo that keeps up with your team.
A traditional group photo is out of date the day someone new starts or someone leaves the team.
Then it’s another round of finding a date when everyone is in the office.
A composite team photo solves that.
Everyone is photographed individually, and I combine them into one group afterward.
People can be easily added in or removed as they join or leave the team.
The entire team does not have to be scheduled again.
Composite setup: $275, plus $25 per person.
After that: $75 to add someone (plus their headshot) and $50 to remove someone.

Yes! I’ll guide and direct posing and expression throughout the entire photoshoot. You do not need to know what to do!

Yes, Professional retouching is included in every session! Anything not permanently a part of you (blemishes, stray hairs, etc.) goes away! Giving your images a polished look.
