About the Business
Tell us about your business and what you offer.
I am the owner of Royalty Mobile Notary Service, honored to serve New Braunfels and the surrounding communities. I provide mobile notarizations, which means I travel directly to my clients—whether that’s their home, workplace, hospital, assisted living facility, or even a local coffee shop.
I handle a wide variety of documents including estate planning documents like wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, real estate and loan signings, I-9 verifications, and general notarizations.
What I want people to know right away is this that I bring convenience, professionalism, and a calm, caring presence to what are often very important life moments.
How It All Began
What inspired you to start this business, and how did it come to life here in New Braunfels?
This business is my “encore career.” After retiring in 2023 from a lifetime in customer service, I knew I wasn’t done serving people—I just wanted to do it in a more meaningful and flexible way.
Becoming a mobile notary allowed me to combine my love for helping others with my entrepreneurial spirit. New Braunfels felt like the perfect place to grow this business because of the strong sense of community here. People truly look out for one another, and I wanted to be a part of that in a hands-on, helpful way.
Serving the New Braunfels Community
What do you love most about serving this community?
Without a doubt, it’s the people.
I get to meet individuals and families during some of their most important moments—buying a home, caring for a loved one, preparing estate documents, or handling urgent situations in hospitals or hospice. There is a level of trust involved that I never take lightly.
I love building relationships and being someone people feel comfortable calling—not just once, but again and again.
Behind the Scenes of a Small Business
What’s something most people don’t see or know about running your business day-to-day?
Most people see the stamp—but they don’t see everything that happens before and after.
Behind the scenes, I’m coordinating schedules, confirming details, educating clients on what to expect and making sure every appointment is handled properly and legally. I also take time to ensure signers are aware, alert, and comfortable—especially in sensitive situations like hospitals or assisted living facilities.
There’s also a lot of heart involved. Many appointments are emotional, and I walk into those spaces with compassion and respect every single time.
Values That Guide Their Work
What values guide the way you show up for your clients or customers?
Integrity, compassion, and professionalism guide everything I do.
I believe in doing things the right way, even when it takes more time, because my clients are trusting me with important documents and life decisions. I also believe in treating every client like family, showing up with kindness, patience, and a calm presence.
And of course, I believe in delivering a “royalty” level of service because everyone deserves that.
How to Support Royalty Mobile Notary Service
How can the community best support your business right now?
The best way to support my business is to keep me in mind when you, or someone you know, needs a notary.
You can also support me by sharing my name with friends, family, realtors, attorneys, and local businesses, leaving a Google review if we’ve worked together, and following or engaging with my posts on social media.
Word of mouth means everything in a community like ours, and I am so grateful for every referral and connection.
